Discussion Series: Human Research Data in Practice on 23rd November 2021

Dealing with human research data poses special challenges for research data management. In order to strengthen the internal networking in this field within the Max Planck Society the Max Planck Digital Library is organising this discussion series. We therefore cordially invite all interested MPG colleagues for Tuesday 23rd November 2021 at 2 pm (.ics file here), to discuss current questions of human research data.

Short contributions of some minutes will enrich the discussion for this event:

Julia Hellstrand (Max Planck Institute for Demographic Research) will talk about a study on women in Nordic countries who not only have children later in their lives, but also fewer. (slides are available here)

Lucia Melloni (Max Planck Institute for Empirical Aesthetics) will talk about “Open science adversarial collaboration: promises and challenges” in the context of human research data. (slides are available within MPG IP range here)

The Pad for the event is available here: https://pad.gwdg.de/s/D7SvnGKtz. And the Rocket.Chat group for #HumanResearchData can be joined here: https://chat.gwdg.de/invite/vZGsms.
